Job Description

1. Be responsible for expanding and selling Wings Engine products, manage the full sales process, drive opportunities forward, and secure signed deals.
2. Discover customers through personal networks and the company lead pool, understand customer needs, and provide matching product and service solutions to close sales.

Requirements

1. College degree or above. Majors in computer science, software, communications, marketing, or related fields are preferred.
2. Experience in software or SaaS sales is preferred. Backgrounds related to cloud computing, big data, digital twins, or the metaverse are a plus.
3. Strong customer development and negotiation skills, with the ability to identify and analyze customer needs.
4. Able to meet performance targets with strong self-motivation and resilience under pressure.
5. Able to travel frequently and demonstrate strong communication, business development, and teamwork skills.

Job Description

1. Work with UI designers to create 3D models and scenes.
2. Maintain strong control over scenes, with independent analysis ability, good understanding, and solid shape design ability.
3. Be proficient with modeling software and deliver qualified models.

2. Proficient in Blender or another 3D modeling tool, and familiar with materials, lighting, rendering, and baking workflows.

Job Description

1. Be responsible for the visual design and interaction design of data visualization large screens.
2. Demonstrate strong logical thinking, organize and analyze data effectively, discover data potential, and express data structures and content visually.
3. Keep up with data visualization trends, deliver attractive visuals and clear interaction logic, highlight the meaning of data, express data structure and content appropriately, and apply creative ideas to real projects.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above in visual communication, art and design, or related fields, with more than one year of internet UI design experience.
2. Strong artistic foundation and creative thinking, with solid control over color and graphics.
3. Strong design skills, the ability to discover visual ideas and expressive directions, and insight into user preferences.
4. Able to analyze requirements from the user perspective, with good analytical ability, communication skills, and teamwork.
5. Proficient in mainstream design software.
6. Motion design skills are a plus. Experience with game engines or modeling software is preferred.

Job Description

1. Be responsible for Wings Engine project management, including schedule, quality, and delivery results.
2. Build project teams, break down requirements, define project plans and milestones, continuously track progress, manage risks, and organize project adjustment, monitoring, and evaluation work.
3. Coordinate multiple projects and internal and external resources, control timelines and quality, track delivery outcomes, and ensure every project is delivered on time and to a high standard.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above.
2. IT or internet project technical background preferred. Experience related to cloud computing, big data, software development or testing, the metaverse, or digital twins is a plus.
3. More than one year of project management experience, familiar with project management knowledge, able to independently complete project management work, and PMP or integrated project management certification is preferred.
4. Proficient with common office software and project management tools, with a certain level of documentation writing ability.
5. Strong communication, coordination, teamwork, independent thinking, pressure resistance, and execution skills.
