1. Stay familiar with company products, help optimize Korean promotional materials, and improve product traffic and market influence in Korean-speaking markets.2. Write product documents and record tutorial videos in Korean, and help improve product experience and features.3. Maintain customer relationships, answer customer questions, collect feedback, and discover customer needs.4. Complete other work assigned by the team lead.
1. Korean major is preferred. Candidates with TOPIK level 2 or above are preferred.2. Bachelor's degree or above. Experience is not required.3. Familiar with office software such as WPS and capable of writing clear content.4. Strong continuous learning ability and product sensitivity.5. Strong sense of responsibility, outgoing personality, proactive work style, and the ability to handle pressure.
