SMART COMMUNITY
01 System Introduction system introduction

This system uses digital twin technology to integrate data from multiple community systems, combining community operations data, IoT device data, and 3D urban spatial data. It unifies management of the surrounding environment, property operations, and community party-building work, enabling more intuitive and refined community management.

02 System Architecturesystem structure

The smart community system is divided into three modules, with more content still being added: community overview, property management, and community party building. Each module can connect to community systems through built-in Wings Engine data-source interfaces. Data sources support real-time refresh, and module content can be customized and extended.

3.1 Community Overview

The community overview presents the overall picture of the community, including video and written introductions, photos and details of community activities, basic statistics, surrounding environment analysis, and alert prompts.

Marker Linkage
Clicking any marked building switches the viewing angle and opens a popup with detailed information about the corresponding object or location.
Passage of Time
Changes in light and shadow within the 3D space map digital time to physical time, making the time and spatial attributes of data more intuitive.
Weather System
Rendering effects are mapped into the 3D system in real time according to weather changes, including lightning, thunder, rain, and snow, to reflect environmental conditions more realistically.
3.2 Property Management

Property management focuses on operational data such as fee payments, income and expenses, service management, maintenance, and sanitation, while also using a heatmap to show resident distribution across the community.

3.3 Community Party Building

By digitizing party-building work, the system improves grassroots party organization management and strengthens the visibility of party activities through 3D presentation.
