Smart Factory
SMART FACTORY
01 Project Background PROJECT BACKGAOUND

This system uses digital twin technology to integrate data from multiple factory systems, combining internal factory data, IoT device data, and 3D factory spatial data to manage factory zones, workshops, and production lines in a unified way. It improves data depth and enables more intuitive and refined factory management.

02 Project ApproachPROJECT IDEAS

The smart factory 3D visualization system is divided into three modules: overall situation, production twin, and green dual carbon. Each module can connect to the factory management system through built-in Wings Engine data-source interfaces. Data sources support real-time refresh, and module content can be customized and extended.

Overall Overview

An at-a-glance view of overall factory operations, covering production progress, energy consumption, quality indicators, and other key data.

Green Dual Carbon

Monitor factory energy consumption and emissions in real time, including carbon footprint and environmental indicators.

Production Twin

A digital twin factory model that dynamically presents a 3D factory, compares real-time production data with digital simulation, and helps optimize production processes.

3.1 Overall Situation

The overall situation module presents the factory's overall condition, including product sales rankings, park management data, and sales data. Using 3D technology to build a factory model, it monitors key indicators such as water, electricity, gas, and photovoltaic generation in real time.

Electronic Fence
Digital twin technology restores each major building in the factory. Marker popups display different data according to building function, enabling independent management of each building.
Object Switching
Digital twin technology reconstructs factory interior areas and divides space based on administrative zones, enabling both regional relevance display and regional data linkage.
3.2 Production Twin

The production twin module models real equipment inside the factory, highly restoring each production line inside the workshop and supporting first-person roaming through the factory.

Independent Scene
Using an isolated scene to display special equipment makes it possible to show local model details more precisely and provide more detailed data.
3.3 Green Dual Carbon

The green dual carbon module uses flowing-light effects to show energy transfer paths and real-time visual charts to monitor factory electricity and water usage, helping managers improve energy management and achieve energy savings and emission reduction.
