This system uses digital twin technology to integrate data from multiple mine systems, combining mine operations data, IoT device data, and 3D mine spatial data. It unifies management of the development zone, transport zone, and storage zone, enabling more intuitive and refined mine management.

02 System Architecturesystem structure

The smart mine visualization management system is divided into three modules: resource overview, vehicle analysis, and online monitoring. Each module can connect to the mine management system through built-in Wings Engine data-source interfaces. Data sources support real-time refresh, and module content can be customized and extended.

03 System Showcasesystem display
3.1 Overview

The resource overview shows the overall mine situation, including mine industry information, equipment maintenance, and the distribution and quantity of mine shaft types.

Operation Monitoring
Using digital twin technology, the system reconstructs the mine digitally and marks mine shaft locations to monitor the operating status of each shaft in real time.
Vehicle Entry and Exit Monitoring
Sensor devices monitor vehicles entering and exiting each checkpoint, enabling unified vehicle access monitoring.
Real-time Video Surveillance
Clicking a monitoring marker displays the live video feed from the corresponding camera. The 3D model also shows the specific positions of different monitoring points, helping managers better understand actual conditions in each monitored area.
3.2 Vehicles

The vehicle analysis module displays vehicle-related data and ore transport conditions. It can monitor the type and number of vehicles at each checkpoint and their entry and exit status, while also tracking truck maintenance and issuing real-time vehicle risk warnings.

3.3 Monitoring

The online monitoring module displays the status of surveillance equipment and mining equipment, shows live video from each area in real time, and monitors the mine environment.
