By accessing or using any part of the services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
If you do not agree to these terms, you must not log in to, access, download, purchase, customize, or use the services. If you are a minor or do not have full legal capacity, you should review these terms together with your legal guardian.

4. Account Eligibility and Compliance
You may access the services only through official channels recognized by Wings Engine. Accounts obtained through unofficial, unlawful, or abusive means may be suspended, reclaimed, or terminated without liability to us.
You must not use account names or profile information that violate law, infringe third-party rights, impersonate others, or disrupt public order.
5. Service Access and Activation

Different services, products, and modules may be independent from each other and may require separate activation or purchase.

Except for limited rights expressly granted under these terms, no ownership or other right is transferred to you.
You remain responsible for content, files, or data that you upload, publish, or process through the services, and you represent that you have all necessary rights and permissions for such use.
9. Fees, Orders, and Billing
Some services may require payment. If you purchase a paid service, you agree to pay the applicable fees under the pricing, ordering, invoicing, and payment terms presented at the time of purchase or set out in a separate agreement.
Unless otherwise required by law or expressly agreed by Wings Engine, paid services that have already been activated or delivered are non-refundable.
10. Suspension, Restriction, and Termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate all or part of your access to the services if we reasonably believe that you have violated these terms, applicable law, or product-specific rules, or if your use creates security, legal, operational, or commercial risk.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. Wings Engine does not guarantee that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, fully secure, fit for every purpose, or free of compatibility issues.
You understand that software and online services may contain defects or limitations that cannot be fully avoided under current technical conditions.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Wings Engine will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, interruption losses, or business losses arising from or related to your use of the services.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability will be limited to the amount you actually paid to Wings Engine for the specific paid service directly giving rise to the claim, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
13. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Wings Engine, its affiliates, employees, partners, and agents from and against claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, and expenses arising out of your breach of these terms, your unlawful use of the services, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
14. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the services, you acknowledge that personal information may be processed as described there.
15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, excluding conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these terms or the services should first be resolved through friendly consultation. If consultation fails, either party may bring the dispute before the court with jurisdiction where Hangzhou Duosuan Technology Co., Ltd. is located.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted through the relevant product or website. Your continued use of the services after the updated terms take effect means that you accept the revised version.
17. Miscellaneous
If any provision of these terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver of that right.
